Automatic Bill Payment
Alto has recently added Auto Payment to its list of payment options. If you are interested in knowing more about this option please fill out the Customer Information form.
Payment By Mail
When paying by check through the mail, please send all payments with your remittance portion of the bill. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment through E-transfer
E-transfer is a safe and simple way to pay your utility bill and most financial institutions provide this option for their customers. You can pay your Alto water bill through e-transfer using Alto's email address at alto.utilities@shaw.ca . Alto has automatic deposit so no password is required.
Payment by Credit Card
Credit Card payment is another option to pay your utility bill. If you would like to use this method to pay your bills please contact the office and we can arrange this as a payment option for you.
