The 2025 Approved Rates take effect on October 1, 2025. Last year, in October 2024, the Comptroller approved Tariff #9, which outlined three scheduled rate increases: effective October 1 of 2024, 2025, and 2026. This year’s adjustment represents the second of those three increases. The attached document provides a detailed breakdown of the charges as they appear on customer invoices.
